The 3rd ICT Conference was held on 19th – 20th of December 2011 at the Olympic Hotel in Tehran. At this conference the TCI Ministry , Vice President of the Islamic Repuclic of Iran, all CEO's and high ranking managers of the TCI had attended ,where by ending the conference ,the responsibility of TCI towards ICT was announced to be closed.
At this years conference there were more than 15 papers , 4 professional meetings concerning the development of ICT offices, developing the future of ICT s along with the two panels of rural ICT being the centre of economical, social and educational activities, and also being able to use the best opportunities given by the ICT offices. The most important goal observed, was the broadcasting ,the use of rural ICT offices along with pursuing them for having more operations.
CONCLUSION
1. Having continuous connections with the universities & research centers – creating a devisable center for considering challenges of the offices by the conference secretariat.
2. Presenting educating courses for increasing the qualifications of the office personnel .
3. Considering provincial meetings for creating a well social & educational infrastructure and also a different point of view for our managers – innovating the official structure for more variable services.
4. Presenting potentials and opportunities of ICT offices through the Media for culturalizing the use of ICT offices.
5. The importance of having the support of the government and the majles for presenting the e- government services ,for economical facts of the villages.
6. Realizing the importance of financial sources for developing the infrastructure of ICT offices.
